These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Galaxy Foods Online website (the "Website") operated by Galaxy Foods ("we", "us", or "our"). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

2. Pricing and Product Availability

  • All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your order, including your name, delivery address, and payment information.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
  • Order payments can be made through the secure payment methods offered on the Website.
  • You will own the goods you ordered once they are delivered. At the time of delivery, the risk will be transferred to you. This means you are responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods from that point onward.
  • Goods with age restrictions may only be paid for by Credit Card.

4. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery is available within the UK. Pickup is only available in Milton Keynes.
  • Delivery charges will be applied at checkout based on your selected delivery zone. Customers from the Scottish Islands and Highlands will be contacted separately to pay an additional fee on top of the one at checkout due to limitations in Shopify's system. We apologise for the inconvenience and are working to improve this in the future.
  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order, provided we have received payment for the goods and depending on the delivery option you selected.
  • After dispatch, we aim to deliver your order within the timeframe specified at checkout. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
  • We will not be liable for any delays in delivery.
  • Goods shall be delivered to the shipping address specified on the completed order form.
  • Any changes to the order must be made before the order is dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We do not process returned goods, but you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details.
  • Any refunds can only be accepted if we authorise them.
  • Unless you have notified us in writing about a reasonable dissatisfaction with your order, you are responsible for the delivery charge. This fee will be deducted from your refund before it is issued to you.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests due to any reasonable and/or unethical reason.

  • If you do not receive the goods you ordered within 21 days from the date you placed the order, we will not be liable unless you notify us in writing at our contact address within 30 days from the order date.
  • If you notify us of any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages under the above conditions, we will only be liable to refund the amount you paid for the goods in question.
