Mid-Autumn Festival Special Refund Policy
Thank you for celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival with Galaxy Foods Online!
Please note that this special refund policy applies only to orders placed for our Mid-Autumn Festival launch.
Guaranteed Delivery by Mid-Autumn Festival (September 17th, 2024):
- We are committed to ensuring your Mid-Autumn Festival order arrives in time for the celebrations.
- If we are unable to fulfil your delivery before the Mid-Autumn Festival due to unforeseen shipping delays, we will contact you in advance to offer a full refund.
- However, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee delivery by September 17th. No refunds will be issued for late deliveries.
Order Cancellations:
- You may cancel your Mid-Autumn Festival order and receive a full refund (100%) up to August 31st, 2024.
Please note:
- Galaxy Foods Online is not liable for any compensation beyond the refunded amount. This excludes any delivery charges or additional costs incurred.

Normal Refund Policy
At Galaxy Foods Online, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any products purchased from our online store. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Goods: If the goods you receive are damaged or defective, please notify us within 10 working days of delivery. We will process a refund for the affected items upon verification.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 10 working days of delivery. We will issue a refund for the incorrect item upon verification.
- Non-Delivery of Goods: If you do not receive your order within 21 days of the order date, please notify us in writing within 30 days of the order date. We will investigate and process a refund if necessary.
2. Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, revenue, or data loss.
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question. We do not offer any compensation beyond a refund of the purchase price.
